An innovative AgTech company is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator to ensure workplace safety and compliance with environmental regulations. The role involves conducting safety investigations, delivering training, and monitoring health and safety KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or greenhouse operations. This position offers a salary of $65,000 to $90,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

COMPENSATION
$65,000.00 - $90,000.00 / year, Exempt, with a discretionary bonus of up to 10%.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Sensei Ag is seeking a dedicatedEnvironmental Health and Safety (EHSS) Coordinator to become a valued member of our dynamic team. This position is essential in supporting the Director of Global EHS as we collaboratively strive to identify, control, and eliminate workplace hazards while ensuring compliance with all environmental regulations.
Under the guidance of the Director, the selected candidate will assume responsibility for the Corrective Action Plan for their designated facility and will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
