Job DescriptionReporting to the Associate Vice President, Analytics and Donor Relations, the Donor Relations Coordinator is an integral part of the data team, and the key gift entry and reporting support for the programs at Oakville Hospital Foundation.
The successful candidate will demonstrate superb organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills as they are critical to the role, as are patience and analytical skills. They will have a professional manner and the ability to shift task focus and interact tactfully and diplomatically with a wide variety of people.
This position requires work flexibility of both remote and onsite (1 day per week).
Responsibilities:- Responsible for end to end gift processing and administrative support for the Annual, Tribute, Employee, and third party vendor Programs.
- Create metrics reporting relating to gift processing.
- Deposits preparation.
- Lead on donor inquiries pertaining to various donation requests.
- Manage Oakville Hospital Foundation’s general e-mail inbox accordingly.
- Assist in development, revision and execution of gift entry processes and procedures.
- Assist with ongoing database maintenance to ensure accuracy of data.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail.
- Reception coverage 1 day per week.
- Event support onsite.
Qualifications:- Post-secondary education, or comparable combination of skills and experience.
- Raisers’ Edge (RE/NXT) fundraising software experience.
- SQL, Power BI or equivalent programs experience an asset.
- Excellent computer literacy including Internet, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel.
- Results oriented.
- Flexibility to work both remotely and on site.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a fast-paced team environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.

Salary Range - $51,507.30- $64,385.10
