Job description

As the Digital Merchandising Coordinator, you will be a key team member in the growth of BRP's emerging eCommerce and marketplace channels through the effective merchandising of high-performing assortments.

As a key member of the merchandising team, you will ensure the management of the product catalog, the creation of promotions, and the optimization of product merchandising to maximize the sales potential of our online flagship store. You will report to the Digital Merchandising Manager and partner with product managers (apparel, parts, and accessories), analytics, marketing, and the digital performance team to launch memorable experiences and help the organization grow its share of the digital market.

The Digital Merchandising Coordinator will be responsible for executing the day-to-day tactical plan to merchandise and collaborate with the ecommerce merchandising specialist and digital performance team to evolve the digital experience and improve the customer journey through new and emerging tools and technologies.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  1. Execute promotional & GTM activities, including content updates on PDP for assigned brands, categories/products, or seasonal events.
  2. Measure the performance of ecommerce categories to identify problems and opportunities, proposing solutions accordingly.
  3. Collaborate with the performance team, CRM, and marketing on content requirements, and participate in product selection.
  4. Manage briefs for all product campaigns and eCommerce emails in partnership with Doo Studio.
  5. Coordinate and allocate SKUs required for distribution to our US DC, working with inventory and logistics teams.
  6. Optimize merchandising content on PDPs to maximize time on site, conversion, units per transaction, and transaction value.
  7. Manage content creation for eCommerce, ensuring digital assets are organized with the customer in mind while meeting revenue and conversion targets. Create new and update existing pages.
  8. Set up promotions, coupons, and manage search results.
  9. Assist Merchandising specialists on coordinating special projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  2. 1 to 3 years of experience in an eCommerce, marketplace, or digital merchandising role.
  3. Experience in merchandising apparel, automotive parts, and accessories is an asset.
  4. Strong understanding of omni-channel and customer experience, including B2B and B2C aspects.
  5. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue, conversion, and retention targets.
  6. Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  7. Experience with digital platforms, including eCommerce, recommendation engines, and content management systems.
  8. Strong leadership skills, self-motivated, with the ability to influence and engage across multiple departments.
