The Coordinator, Capital Projects provides professional support in the operation of the Capital Planning portfolio. Key responsibilities include data collection, requirements analysis, project monitoring and reporting, project implementation, issues tracking, and developing capital plan processes and procedures.
The coordinator is responsible for issuing Requests for Proposals, Quotations, and tenders, collaborating with external consultants on specifications and bid documents, posting tenders, and soliciting bids. The incumbent summarizes tenders and makes selection recommendations under professional guidance, coordinating project initiation, implementation, close-out, and evaluations with sites and consultants. Additionally, they support Project Managers in daily project administration and prepare monthly tracking and reports.
Starting salary ranges from approximately $67,861 to $84,826, based on education, experience, and comparable positions.
