Position Information

The Coordinator 2, Program is responsible for providing comprehensive coordination and support for the activities of the Enterprise Risk Management and Integrated Risk Management programs. The role will facilitate effective communication, ensure timely execution of key initiatives and processes, maintain accurate documentation, and support the implementation of risk mitigation strategies. This role serves as a central point of contact for cross-functional collaboration, helping to enhance organizational governance, strengthen internal control frameworks, and promote a proactive risk management culture. This role also supports activities for audit and controls projects, assessments and activities.

Rotation/Shifts

Days, 8 hour shifts.

Basic Requirements

  • Three (3) year College diploma in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law or Engineering or related field;
  • Minimum three (3) years of general office experience;
  • General awareness of accounting processes and cycles from education or work experience;
  • General Knowledge of risk management concepts in a healthcare setting;
  • Able to communicate clearly in written and verbal correspondence;
  • Generally competent in using a variety business systems and applications;
  • Business acumen;
  • Problem solving.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Four (4) year Undergraduate Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law or Engineering or related field;
  • Certificate in Risk management, Enterprise Risk Management designation.
