Job summary

National Bank of Canada is seeking a Coordinator to optimize team processes and support colleagues across the organization in a hybrid work setting. You will coordinate requests from internal and external partners, monitor activities, and collaborate with other teams to drive improvements.

Qualifications

  • A three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience.
  • Customer service experience is an asset and coordination experience is preferred.
  • Experience in banking is an asset and experience in process improvement is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
