Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate the use and ensure the continuity of acquisition, feed, and communication resources for CBC/Radio-Canada networks and external clients.
  2. Distribute program signals, ensuring quality control.
  3. Communicate with partners and support groups.
  4. Monitor digital feeds, websites, and apps.
  5. Perform webcast operations and update scheduling documents.
  6. Troubleshoot and operate radio and TV control rooms as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Community college diploma in relevant fields such as TV production, electronics, or computer science.
  • Minimum three years of related experience.
  • Judgment, initiative, proactive attitude, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of satellite, terrestrial, and IP transmission.
  • Ability to work under pressure and on a rotating schedule.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
  • Familiarity with radio and TV control rooms is an asset.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
