Le coordonnateur(trice) du service apres-vente (terrains sportifs) travaillera a partir de notre bureau de Montreal (hybrid) pour FieldTurf . Ce que vous ferez :
Gerer les demandes de maintenance des clients et coordonner les activites de service apres-vente.
Planifier les visites de service sur le terrain, rediger des rapports et tenir a jour les dossiers de service.
Negocier les tarifs de service et gerer les bons de commande et d'intervention associes.
Collaborer avec les equipes internes et les clients externes pour assurer une prestation de service fluide.
Identifier et attenuer les risques lies aux services.
Repondre rapidement aux demandes et cloturer les dossiers de service dans les delais impartis.
Maintenir des donnees precises dans le CRM (Salesforce) et soutenir le departement de finance avec des resolutions de la facturation.
Experience et Formation souhaitees :
Formation : Diplome d'etudes postsecondaires (ou equivalent) ou au moins 2 ans d'experience dans un domaine connexe.
Gestion de la relation client : Solides competences pour gerer la relation client apres-vente.
Competences techniques : Maitrise de la suite MS Office, CRM, Syspro et bonnes competences informatiques.
Aptitudes mathematiques : Capacite a effectuer des calculs arithmetiques de base.
Competences linguistiques : Capacite a lire, analyser et interpreter de la documentation technique ; excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale. Capacite a communiquer efficacement et a collaborer avec les autres.
Raisonnement : Solides competences en resolution de problemes avec la capacite d'interpreter des instructions variees.
Competences personnelles : Capacite a evoluer dans des environnements dynamiques, a prendre des decisions rapides, efficaces et economiques, et a creer des opportunites sous pression de maniere organisee.

What You'll Do :
Manage customer maintenance requests and coordinate post-sales service activities.
Schedule field service visits, compile reports, and maintain service records.
Handle service pricing negotiations and manage related purchase and job orders.
Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Identify and mitigate service-related risks.
Ensure timely responses to inquiries and close out service cases within deadlines.
Maintain accurate data in CRM (Salesforce) and support finance with invoicing resolution.
Experience & Education desired :
Education : Associate's degree (or equivalent) or minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Relationship Management : Strong skills to manage existing client relationship post sales.
Tech. skills : Proficient with MS Office Suite, CRM, Syspro, and strong computer skills.
Mathematical Ability : Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations.
Language Skills : Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documentation; excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effectively communicate and collaborate with others.
Reasoning Ability : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret varied instructions.
Skills : Thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrating the ability to make swift, cost saving sound decisions and create opportunities under pressure in an organized fashion.
