Canadawide Fruits, a family-owned company, is one of Canada's leading fruit and vegetable wholesalers, importers and distributors, based in Montreal. Since 1983, we've been offering a wide range of fresh and exotic produce from over 30 countries. We are dedicated to quality and innovation, while guaranteeing rapid distribution across the country. Our customers include national and regional grocers, independent retailers, distributors and processors.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to work closely with the sales team in the development and implementation of various marketing projects. You will report directly to the Marketing Director and will be responsible for the following :

Social Media Management : Take responsibility for managing our accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, GMB pages and other relevant platforms. Create and publish engaging visual and textual content, in alignment with the company's marketing strategy, to promote our products and services.

Content Creation : Design creative and captivating content, including photos, videos, articles, in alignment with our marketing strategy and audience expectations. You will be responsible for developing original concepts and producing visual and textual material that enhances our brand while meeting the needs and interests of our subscribers.

Internal communication management : Design creative and captivating content for our displays in our sales floor, cafeterias and warehouse to keep customers and employees informed of promotions, news, etc.

Community Engagement : Responding to emails and actively interacting with our online community, answering subscriber questions, managing comments and messages, and fostering constructive dialogue to strengthen customer engagement and loyalty.

Competitive Intelligence : Conduct regular competitive intelligence to monitor market trends and competitor activities and propose strategic adjustments to maintain our positioning and competitiveness.

Marketing Activity Support : Participate in the planning and implementation of various marketing activities, such as trade shows, newsletters, etc. Your role will include gathering necessary information, coordinating with stakeholders, following up on tasks and deadlines, as well as performing any other tasks assigned.

Any other related tasks that will support the preparation, coordination and implementation of various marketing projects.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written) required
• Knowledge of social media management and performance analysis tools
• Bachelor's degree or DEC in marketing, communications or other relevant program
• Strong artistic sense, resourceful, energetic and PROACTIVE
• Basic knowledge of adobe suite, Canva
• Actively participates with team in events
• Autonomous and at ease in a fast-paced environment
• Occasional travel for content creation
