Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Production Coordinator will ensure that all customer orders are processed effectively and follow-ups are done promptly.

Tasks :

  • Communicate with vendors on a daily basis
  • Act as a liaison between all parties involved in the process of designing, selling, manufacturing, approving, and transporting for multiple fashion styles and pieces of clothing
  • Verify that all order information is accurate (materials, prints, fits, etc)
  • Sort through, organize and send out samples
  • Monitor the status of all styles and constantly following-up with the appropriate buyers / vendors / internal departments
  • Identify and solve any problems that may occur
  • Assist in the training process of junior production coordinators

Qualifications :

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role in the fashion industry
  • Diploma in a fashion related field (fashion design, production, etc)
  • Advanced knowledge of garment styles, fabrics and prints
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • This position requires you to be proficient in spoken and written English, as you will need to communicate regularly and daily with our customers and manufacturers outside of Quebec.
  • Able to handle a fast-paced environment and a heavy workload
