Position Overview

Canucks Sports & Entertainment (CSE) is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Coordinator, Partnership Operations to support the execution and delivery of corporate partner assets across the Vancouver Canucks (NHL), Abbotsford Canucks (AHL), Vancouver Warriors (NLL), and Vancouver Surge. This role will assist in the fulfillment, tracking, and reporting of a wide range of partnership deliverables, ensuring best-in-class service and execution for our valued partners. This position plays a key role in helping bring partnerships to life both in-venue and across CSE's platforms.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Signage & Asset Execution:
  • Coordinate all line-of-sight and fixed signage execution across Rogers Arena.
  • Coordinate dasherboard mapping, league approvals, production timelines, shipping/receiving, and installation with conversions team.
  • Ownership of all DED (digitally enhanced dasherboard) and virtual signage scheduling in collaboration with CP leadership, league officials, and broadcast partners.
  • Lead in-ice planning and execution (transitioning to virtual integration in future seasons).
  • Traffic creative for LED ribbon boards and digital concourse screens, ensuring timely updates and campaign compliance.
  • Digital & Web Integration
  • Traffic and monitor execution of digital ads and web banners across CSE digital properties.
  • Liaise with digital content teams to ensure accurate and timely placement of partner ads and campaigns.
  • Partner Events & Hospitality
  • Act as the primary point of contact with the Events team for all partner-related programming and initiatives.
  • Coordinate all Corporate Partnerships hospitality opportunities, including ticketing, suite access, and in-arena experiences, working directly with Vice President to ensure a best-in-class experience.
  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of partner travel and accommodations, as outlined in contractual obligations.
  • Partner Expense Tracking, Gifting, & Fulfillment
  • Track asset fulfillment and maintain detailed records in CRM systems (e.g., KORE).
  • Track and record partner-related expenses with precision, logging hard costs for travel, activations, and hospitality for accurate reporting.
  • Support development of proof-of-performance reports and recap presentations.
  • Plan, source, and execute partner gifting strategies to support relationship-building and retention.
  • Game Day & Event Support
  • Provide on-site support for most home games, partner activations, and special events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Assist with set-up, execution, and post-event follow-up.
  • Account Support
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality activation and reporting for assigned accounts.
  • Potential to lead a small number of accounts, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring contractual fulfillment.
  • Other Duties As Assigned
  • Contribute to cross-functional collaboration to ensure the seamless execution of integrated partnership campaigns.
Desired Qualifications
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sport Management, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in corporate partnership operations, marketing activation, or event coordination (sports/entertainment industry preferred).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and incredibly strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and CRM platforms like KORE is an asset.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a disciplined approach to their responsibilities.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on partner activations and department needs.
