Join Our Team as a Cooplands Bakery Team Leader!

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader who can lead, inspire, and motivate a team at our welcoming Cooplands bakery! As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the bakery in the absence of the Manager; essentially, you are the right-hand person to our Store Managers.

In this role, you will be second in command, playing a key part in ensuring smooth store operations. Your focus will be on promoting sales and increasing profitability while ensuring our customers leave satisfied. You will lead and engage the team, participate in food preparation, maintain store cleanliness, and serve our loyal customers.
