  • Do you want to be part of a fast-paced, innovative business that’s changing the game in the apple industry? At Rockit Global Limited, we’re looking for an energetic and capable Coolstore Operations Supervisor to support our industry-leading coolstore operations!

    About the Role

As our Coolstore Operations Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of our daily forklift operations and supporting CA and RA room activities across both our onsite and external storage locations. You’ll play a key role during our busy harvest and post-harvest periods, supervising staff, coordinating inventory movement, and ensuring health and safety standards are met — every day.

You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment, juggling multiple responsibilities and priorities across teams and locations. Your ability to multi-task effectively, manage competing demands, and maintain a calm, solutions-focused approach will be key to your success.

You’ll also develop and support your team — coaching seasonal and permanent staff, fostering a culture of high performance, and ensuring every team member has the tools and support to succeed.

You’ll work closely with the Coolstore Manager and Logistics & Inventory Supervisor to ensure accurate product handling, efficient team workflows, and excellent outcomes for our growers, transporters, and internal teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and allocate work for forklift and coolstore staff across multiple locations.
    • Oversee inbound and outbound product movement for CA and RA stores.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records using scanning and data capture tools.
    • Support external coolstore operations and staffing across Rockit-leased sites.
    • Lead both permanent and seasonal employees during post-harvest and peak periods.
    • Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed and continuously improved.
    • Carry out general coolstore and machinery maintenance in off-season periods.
    • Support the professional growth and development of your team through training, feedback, and mentoring.
    • Balance multiple tasks, projects, and timelines during high-pressure periods.
    • Contribute to planning and resourcing decisions to meet evolving business needs.
    • Communicate clearly and professionally across departments to foster collaboration and success.
    • Support cross-functional teams and contribute to overall company success.

    • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
    • Strong attention to detail and computer literacy.
    • Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons (including weekends).
    • A collaborative attitude and commitment to safety, quality, and team values.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.
