Orlick Industries in Hamilton, Ontario is hiring a Coolant Handler to ensure the safe and efficient operation of CNC machines through coolant maintenance and monitoring. Shift is Monday to Friday, 8 hour weekly rotating shifts.

• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Measure coolant height, concentration, and foam presence during machine operation and in chip-drip collection tray.
• Pump out coolant, clean machines, and recharge coolant levels.
• Accurately record activities in the fluid monitoring maintenance log.
• Report and clean-up all coolant spills.
• General housekeeping to maintain a safe working environment.

Position Summary:

The Coolant Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient running of the CNC Machines through the maintenance and monitoring of coolant levels.
