Join us as a Cook with Cashier Experience - FOH & BOH (47799) at Flame Broiler .

Job Summary

The Team Member Cross Trained Cook plays a vital role in creating an environment aligned with The Flame Broiler’s values, culture, and standards. Under the supervision of the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, the role involves executing operational procedures, upholding the brand, and embodying the company's core values and guiding principles.

Responsibilities

  • Prepping all assigned products, including proteins, rice, and vegetables, following company standards.
  • Cooking proteins and ensuring proper defrosting, rotation, and quality control.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment.
  • Communicating effectively with FOH team regarding orders and modifications.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, including POS transactions and guest service.
  • Building rapport with guests, explaining menu items, and handling special requests.
  • Performing side work and supporting team members as needed.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Willingness to assist team members and deliver excellent guest service.
  • Adherence to attendance, punctuality, safety, and cash handling policies.
  • Ability to complete necessary training and deliver training to others.
  • Quick resolution of guest complaints and effective communication skills.

Benefits and Details

Starting hourly rate : $20.00
