Job summary

Boston Pizza is seeking a Closing Line Cook to join our Calgary team. Earn starting wages of CAD 15.00/hour plus roughly CAD 2.50–3.00/hour in tips, with total earnings around CAD 17.50–18.00/hour depending on hours and tip distribution.

As a Closing Line Cook, you’ll help deliver great food and a top guest experience while keeping the kitchen clean and organized for the next day. Training is provided for the right candidate with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Availability to work late-night and closing shifts.
• Ability to stay calm and focused during busy rush periods.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Pride in food quality, cleanliness, and organization.
• Previous kitchen or line cook experience is an asset, but training can be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to Boston Pizza standards.
• Work efficiently during busy and high-volume service periods.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen.
• Complete closing duties and ensure the kitchen is ready for the next shift.
