We’re seeking passionate Cooks to bring their skills and creativity to our kitchen. This role involves crafting delicious, high-quality tacos and contributing to a vibrant dining experience at one of Whistler’s top spots. Join us to help create amazing flavors and memorable meals for our guests.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of kitchen experience, including grilling, frying, proper food handling, assembling menu items, lifting at least 25 lbs, and cleaning and sanitizing areas and utensils.
• Experience in quick service restaurant operations is highly desirable.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid work permit required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, reheat, and assemble menu items to meet quality standards.
• Operate cooking equipment, monitor temperatures, and conduct quality checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow health regulations, setting up and cleaning stations as required.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members, share menu knowledge, and adapt to changes quickly.
