Through hands‑on leadership, service excellence, and culinary passion, you’ll guide the team in creating welcoming customer interactions and strong operational performance. Here are some of the other ways you’ll help us stand out:

  • Prepare and cook fresh offerings for our hot and cold bar, grill station, and service cases, ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive team culture through hands‑on coaching, training, and mentoring focused on floor operations, department standards, and readiness for business.
  • Promote company policies and effectively communicate updated business objectives as shared by the store leadership team.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing.
  • Follow all corporate policies and procedures with particular focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, HACCP compliance, and proper equipment use.
  • Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.

  • The ability to work independently while taking pride in exceptional quality, attention to detail, and strong cleanliness standards.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a strong interest in team engagement, coaching, and development.
  • A collaborative leadership style supported by clear and effective communication skills.
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced, hands‑on setting that involves multiple deadlines, extended periods of standing, heavy lifting, and work that may be performed in cooler, freezer, and outdoor conditions.
  • Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
