Caressant Care is seeking a passionate Cook to join our team of care providers in Ontario. This part-time role requires good food handling practices and the ability to follow recipes and timelines.

You will support residents with nutritious meals in a caring environment. A Safe Food Handler's Certificate and strong English communication are required; wage starts at $25.04 per hour under the Collective Agreement.

Qualifications

• Must have a Safe Food Handler's Certificate.
• Knowledge of safe food handling and preparation techniques.
• Ability to adjust standardized recipes and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills, oral and written, in the English language.
• Quantity cooking experience is an asset.
• Well-organized and able to work within established time frames.
• Working with a vulnerable population is an asset.
• Punctual and reliable.

The starting rate of pay is $25.04 per hour ,and the terms and conditions of employment are as per the Collective Agreement.
