Come join our team at the Hilton Vancouver as a Cook III. Our hotel is centrally located in Vancouver, Washington, with easy access to Portland International Airport. Featuring 226 rooms, the hotel is within walking distance to the waterfront and local attractions such as the Vancouver Farmers Market (located across the street), making us an ideal base for leisure and business travelers.

Wage: The hourly rate is $23.00, based on experience and location.

Schedule: Open availability required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Scheduling varies based on banquet events.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, maintain, and monitor quality control for hot food items, including meats, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, and seasonings.
  • Prepare food according to recipes and standards.
  • Serve guest orders promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards.
  • Inspect all food sent from the kitchen for quality and presentation.
  • Follow proper food handling and storage procedures per regulations.
