Join our team at this fantastic property, centrally located in Vancouver, Washington, with easy access to Portland International Airport. The hotel features 226 rooms and is within walking distance to the waterfront and popular attractions like the Vancouver Farmers Market (located across the street), making it ideal for leisure and business travelers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a line cook in a restaurant, with open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous hotel and fine dining experience is a plus!

What will I be doing?

As Cook II, you will prepare cold food items to help deliver exceptional guest service and ensure financial profitability. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing cold food items such as salads, fruits, dressings, fish, and appetizers according to recipes and quality standards.
  2. Maintaining cleanliness and food sanitation standards at all times.
  3. Managing guest orders in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
  4. Keeping knowledge of menu and food products up to date.
  5. Stocking and maintaining designated food stations.
  6. Visually inspecting all food sent from the kitchen.
  7. Practicing proper food handling and storage procedures per regulations.

The hourly rate is $24.21, based on experience and location.
