Taco Mac is currently seeking exceptional candidates to join our culinary team! We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly-motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for:

  1. Completing all assigned prep work
  2. Setting up cooks station
  3. Maintaining product presentations and quality
  4. Adhering to cook time standards
  5. Preparing all menu items according to company recipes, plate presentations, and specifications
  6. Setting up equipment and verifying stock
  7. Cleaning equipment and maintaining a clean work area

A qualified applicant must have good communication skills, be able to lift 25-70 pounds, use knives, slicing and other food preparation equipment while standing, and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 10 hours in length.
