Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Cantonese and Canadian dishes according to recipes and portion standards.
• Prepare ingredients, season, and portion meats, vegetables, and noodles.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as woks, deep fryers, ovens, and grills.
• Monitor inventory, assist with daily food requirements, and receive deliveries.
• Assist with menu preparation, food cost control, and supplies.
• Help recruit and train new kitchen staff and supervise during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas throughout the day.
• Complete opening and closing duties for service.
