Food Services Department
- Works to ensure that campers are provided with outstanding dining experiences: hot, fresh, delicious and well-presented food combined with SWEET (Service With Excellence Every Time) guest service.
Responsibilities
- Maintain food quality and appearance as per MBC Guest Food Service Standards including fresh baking, salad bar, soups, main buffet and staff meals.
- Active participation in all areas of preparation, cooking and serving.
- Ensure the kitchen is operated in the safest possible manner; food safety, staff health and safety.
- Manage a weekly team of kitchen volunteers.
Hours of Work
- 40-44 hours per week, June-September.
- Physically demanding, heavy lifting involved; weekend work would be required.
Compensation
- Hourly pay, based on experience plus 4% vacation pay.

Qualifications
