JOIN OUR TEAM
As an important part of our kitchen team, the person we’re looking for will play a big role in making sure our food is excellent. We value attention to detail, the fostering of teamwork, and the responsibility of consistently impressing our guests with our dishes.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates all hot and cold food preparation, including banquets when necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to our standards of food quality, recipes, and preparation.
  • Maintain product consistency through inspections of seasonings, portions, and appearance of food.
  • Coordinate service with restaurant and banquet operations.
  • Handle delegation of staff for preparation and service in the restaurant, kitchen, and banquets.
  • Assists in the coordination of inventory and purchasing of all supplies.

Qualifications:
