  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and quality standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food production
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, and grills
  • Assist in menu planning and development of new recipes
  • Monitor and control food portions to minimize waste and maintain consistency
  • Ensure proper food storage and rotation to maintain freshness and quality
  • Participate in inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed
