A day in the life of a Cook:

You are committed to service excellence and take pride in exceeding dining expectations by delivering a culinary experience of the highest quality, consistency, and creativity. Under the supervision of the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for daily meal preparation based on predetermined menus, ensuring food quality and presentation meet fine dining standards and support the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Qualifications:

  • Food Handling Certificate
  • Minimum three years of progressive experience in various dining environments

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Previous hotel experience in a fine dining setting
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
