Job summary

Dexterra Group in Canada is seeking a skilled Cook to join our hospital food service team. Reporting to the Manager, you will oversee meal preparation, food safety, and supervising kitchen staff.

Your responsibilities include maintaining a clean kitchen and storage, preparing meals to schedule and budget, adapting to client preferences, complying with health regulations, managing inventory, and keeping accurate meal records.

• Adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety regulations and Safe Food Handling/Health Unit regulations.
• Adhere to all relevant dexterra and hospital policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory.
• Maintain accurate, signed records of meals served.
