1257315 BC Ltd. is the owner of We Grill. We serve a wide variety of Mediterranean and Filipino-Asian cuisine selections and specialties.

Job Description

• Prepare and cook food
• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
• Cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
• Take and fill orders. Prepare dishes for customers
• Deliver food orders at counter or tables.
• Determine size of food portions
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment;
• Order supplies and equipment
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Use the point-of-sale system, making bills and receiving payment

Qualification Requirements

• At least Secondary Education
• Work experience is not required. Will train
• Knowledge of Mediterranean or Filipino-Asian cuisines is an asset.
• Good oral communication. Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Ready to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and to work under pressure
• Be able to work with minimal supervision and have a strong initiative
• Be able to perform efficiently during high volume peak periods
• Excellent customer service. Must be client focus, dependable and organized
• Good interpersonal skills to deal efficiently with patrons, co-workers and the general public
• Must be honest and trustworthy

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekend if needed)
Job Type: Full-Time, 35-40 hours/week
Salary: $ 18.00 per hour
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
