We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations. You will also follow day to day tasks which are given by the Sous Chef, or Chef de Cuisine, and have consistent communication between all kitchen staff.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepping and organizing their entire station.
  • Executing and running the food services for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
  • Coming up with fresh, seasonal, and well executed Daily Features.
  • Other related duties which are assigned by the Sous Chef, and/or the Head Chef.
  • Following daily cleaning jobs and responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills when dealing with customers, staff & management.
  • Maintain professional image, reflecting positively on the company.
  • Flexible to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask effectively and work under changing priorities.

Employment Requirements:

  • Completion of secondary school is required.
  • 1-2 years cooking experience or completion of college or other programs in cooking.
  • Knowledge and awareness of safety standards to ensure both employee and customer Health and Safety.
  • May require lifting up to 20 lbs., pushing/pulling 100 lbs., and extended standing, bending, crouching, etc.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including day, evening, and night shifts, as well as holidays and weekends.
