Job summary

Amica Beechwood Village in Sidney, BC is seeking a casual Cook to join our dining team. Under the Sous Chef, you will prepare daily meals from pre-determined menus, ensuring quality and presentation meet fine-dining standards and contribute to smooth kitchen operations.

You must hold a Food Handling Certificate and have at least three years' progressive experience in diverse dining environments, with prior hotel fine dining a plus. Flexibility to work various shifts is required.
