Job Responsibilities

1. Determine the size of food portions and costs
2. Plan menus and estimate food requirements
3. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
4. Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
5. Prepare and cook special meals as instructed by dietitian or chef
6. Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling

Work Hours and Compensation

• 30 to 35 hours per week
• Wage: $19 per hour
• Relocation costs covered by employer
