Job summary

Amica Glen Abbey is seeking a Cook to join our casual dining team. Under the Sous Chef, you will prepare daily meals from pre-determined menus, ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency at fine dining standards and helping keep the kitchen running smoothly.

You must have a Food Handling Certificate and a minimum of three years of progressive experience in diverse dining environments. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts is required; prior hotel or fine dining experience is an asset.
