Sodexo Group is recruiting for a kitchen role to fill absent shifts at Ridgewood Addictions and Mental Health Services in New Brunswick. The position emphasizes cooking, safety, and meal service to diverse diets, with training and protective gear provided.

Responsibilities

• Practicing food and physical safety at all times.
• Performs quality control/temperatures/rotation of stock.
• Preparing meals and desserts using Sodexo recipes.
• Carefully preparing meals for diets and allergies.
• Keeping work area clean and sanitized.
• Assisting in ware washing and receiving food orders.
• Reporting hazards to manager.
• Related duties as assigned.

Practicing food and physical safety at all times

Performs quality control/temperatures /rotation of stock

Preparing meals and desserts using Sodexo recipes

Carefully preparing meals for people on special diets and who have allergies

Keeping work area clean and sanitized

Assisting in ware washing

Complying with all food safety procedures

Receiving food orders
