Intermediate to Senior Conveyancer – Full-Time, In-Office (Fraser Valley)

A well-established full-service law firm in the Fraser Valley is seeking an experienced intermediate to senior-level conveyancer to join its growing real estate team. With decades of service to a diverse client base—including private business owners, property developers, financial institutions, individuals, and family farms—this firm is known for its practical, team-oriented approach and collaborative workplace culture.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Abbotsford. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the real estate team by managing residential conveyancing files from open to close and ensuring smooth communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently administer residential sale, purchase, and mortgage files from opening to closing.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, legal professionals, financial institutions, brokers, and other parties by phone and email.

  • Collaborate with internal team members to coordinate file progress and allocation.

  • Provide informal guidance or training to junior staff in a supportive and encouraging manner.

  • Complete various administrative and file-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a recognized Legal Administrative Assistant or Paralegal program.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience handling residential real estate conveyancing files.

  • Proficiency with conveyancing-related software, including MS Word/Excel, Outlook, BC Online, MyLTSA, and eConvey.

  • Strong organizational and document production skills, with keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle high-volume workloads efficiently and independently.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Professional, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
