Jacobs in Toronto, ON is seeking a Conveyance Contract Administrator to act as the owner's representative on infrastructure and conveyance projects. You will lead the site inspection team, coordinate with clients, municipalities, and design teams, and ensure work complies with contract drawings and specifications.
This role requires a licensed engineer (P.Eng. preferred) or CET, a university degree, and at least 10 years of construction administration experience.

We are looking for a Conveyance Contract Administrator in our Toronto, ON office. In this role, you will work as an owner’s representative in the field on various types of infrastructure and conveyance projects, leading other members of the site inspection and support team. You will coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders on a project—including client project manager, municipalities, design team, and third‑party regulatory bodies, municipal and federal agencies, testing agencies and laboratories, as well as contractors. You will ensure construction is in accordance with contract drawings and specifications; manage records of construction activities; prepare reports; keep logs; prepare change orders and payment certificates; keep photo records; facilitate engineering design team reviews of shop drawings, requests for information, site instructions and assist in resolving design/construction issues in the field. You will evaluate, select, and apply the company’s and client’s standards for construction inspections and administration.
The base salary range for this position is $95,500.00 to $135,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across Ontario, Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
