Position : Conversion Specialist

Employment Type : Full-Time

Details : Hybrid; 32 hours / week (9am-5pm Mon-Thurs, 9am-1pm Fri)

Job Description

As a Conversion Specialist, you will play a critical role in optimizing digital advertising campaigns to improve ROI across multiple platforms. You will analyze performance data, identify conversion bottlenecks, and implement creative and strategic solutions to improve results. Your expertise will directly influence the success of campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategies to increase conversion rates across paid media campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other social media advertising platforms.
• Collaborate with creative and technical teams to develop engaging landing pages, ad creatives, and calls to action.
• A / B test different approaches and use insights to continually improve campaign performance.
• Create clear, actionable reports and present insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role focused on conversion or performance marketing.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and at least one other social media advertising platform (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Strong analytical skills with a strategic and creative mindset.
• Proven experience improving conversion rates and ROI in previous campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRO tools like Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or similar platforms is a plus.
