This is central to our educational philosophy, because when you love what you do, you do it better. Visit www.prodigygame.com to learn more.

With Prodigy, kids practice standards-aligned skills in Math and English as they play our fun, adaptive learning games. All with teacher and parent tools to support their learning in class and at home.

As the Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, you will design and execute a comprehensive experimentation framework to enhance customer experiences across the Prodigy website and various other marketing channels. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll optimize user journeys, refine personalization efforts, and uncover opportunities to deliver impactful results that support Prodigy’s growth.

Your Impact:

  • Develop and execute an experimentation roadmap for Prodigy’s marketing website (Prodigygame.com), continuously optimizing the experience for user personas including parents, teachers, and administrators.
  • Define prioritization criteria for tests and personalization initiatives by assessing strategic alignment, potential impact, resource availability, and technical feasibility.
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B, multivariate, rules-based, and AI-driven tests using tools such as Intellimize (Webflow Optimize), VWO, Optimizely, or similar platforms, driving continuous optimization and learning.
  • Tailor visitor experiences with adaptive personalization efforts based on demographic and psychographic data.
  • Collaborate with design and brand marketing teams to enhance user interactions and interface design, leveraging a deep understanding of UI/UX principles to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and test results, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations that influence strategic decisions and growth.
  • Support marketing teams with testing frameworks across paid campaigns, email marketing, social media, SEO, and other channels to maximize engagement and performance.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation and learning across teams, sharing successes, documenting learnings, and ensuring your findings drive meaningful improvements for our users.

About You:

  • Proven expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization with 5+ years of hands-on experience and a successful track record of driving measurable improvements.
  • Strong analytical and proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative, identify opportunities, and solve problems effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in dynamic environments.
  • Proficient in utilizing testing platforms such as Intellimize (Webflow Optimize), VWO, Optimizely.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work towards achieving consensus with various stakeholders.
  • Deep expertise in marketing analytics and performance measurement with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or Thoughtspot.
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles paired with a keen eye for design to create user-centric, high-performing solutions.
  • Solid technical proficiency in front-end web development enabling effective collaboration with development teams to implement strategies.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines and campaign tracking tools such as Segment, Google Tag Manager (GTM), or Fivetran, ensuring accurate measurement and reporting.

Working at Prodigy:

  • Be part of a mission-driven organization dedicated to helping every student in the world love learning! At Prodigy Education, your work positively impacts the lives of millions of students and teachers worldwide.
  • Join a company which empowers a Growth Mindset among its team members, so you grow as we do. You’ll also work on award-winning products which harness the magic of math and power of language for students in grades 1st-8th.
  • We understand that a thriving team is at the core of our success. So, on top of an inspirational mission and rewarding work, our Total Rewards Program reflects our commitment to your financial, physical, and mental well-being.
  • It’s not just about the work though; it's about the culture. As the Toronto Star reports in a recent feature on Prodigy: "Prodigy’s secret sauce is that it sees its corporate culture as something that is built slowly from the ground up and is always evolving.” Check it out here.
