Pay Range : $68 - $70 per hour on T4

Job Summary : We are seeking a Senior Conversion Business Analyst with a strong background in financial services for our Toronto, Canada office. The ideal candidate will possess expert skills in communication, particularly in identifying requirements and presenting solutions to stakeholders, along with proficiency in creating PPTs and decks. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the banking industry, with a focus on conversion activities including mock and parallel conversion activities, system testing, and training material development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead mock and parallel conversion activities for the transfer stream.
• Write requirements and set up system parameters.
• Assist and guide in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-to-end system testing.
• Develop training materials and present them to clients.
• Support data mapping and configuration efforts for successful conversion.

Must-Have Skills :

• Strong proficiency in requirement gathering and writing.
• Extensive experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Knowledge of account types in Canada (e.g., RRSP, RESP, TFSA).

Industry Experience :

• Prior experience in wealth management industry related to ACAT and related transfers.
• Experience with ADP brokerage Services or similar financial services systems.
