Job Responsibilities :

• Experience with PLC programming with Allen Bradley / Rockwell software - RS Logix 5000 / Studio 5000 for assembly welding lines.
• Experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens HMI programming.
• Knowledge of resistance welding, electrical standards, and latest safety standards.
• Basic knowledge of robot programming and communication with PLC.
• Observe standards set out by MDV.
• Ensure that jobs are completed on time and function safely.
• Perform assigned tasks safely, including proper lockout of all energy sources, including stored energy.
• Know and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for your tasks.
• Consult your Manager/supervisor if unsure about task procedures.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized work area to prevent accidents and ensure product quality.

• Advanced knowledge of Ethernet, IO-Link, and other communication protocols.
• Strong understanding of resistance welding, electrical standards, and safety standards.
• Good understanding of programmable motion control.
