Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership
  • Oversee all accounting functions, including payables, receivables, payroll, and compliance.
  • Develop accurate financial reports, forecasts, and key performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Manage cash flow and banking relationships to support healthy operations and growth.
• Operational Management
  • Lead the daily operations of a business, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
  • Partner with the leadership team to optimize workflows, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Identify and implement technology and process improvements to drive operational performance.
• Business Development & Client Relations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, negotiating contracts and pricing with confidence.
  • Monitor market opportunities to maximize business utilization and drive revenue growth.
