Sure Flow Equipment Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Controller & ISO Quality Management Representative to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong accounting background and experience in ISO 9001 : 2015 compliance. The successful candidate will support both the financial health of the organization and the effectiveness of its Quality Management System (QMS). This is a dynamic position involving hands-on financial management, internal audits, quality system oversight, and cross-departmental collaboration. Key Responsibilities : Accounting & Financial Support

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analysis.
  • Manage A / P and A / R functions : invoice approvals, payment processing, and collections.
  • Reconcile general ledger, bank accounts, and other balance sheet items to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support Sage 300 project costing and monitor fabrication cost performance.
  • Assist with payroll processing and vacation tracking.
  • Participate in month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Support internal controls, audits, and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with the President on financial insights and strategic decision-making. ISO 9001 : 2015 Quality Management
  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure ongoing ISO 9001 : 2015 certification and compliance.
  • Plan, lead, and document internal audits; manage non-conformities and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate customer satisfaction tracking and promote a customer-first culture.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives across departments using root cause analysis and process mapping.
  • Oversee QMS documentation (procedures, policies, forms); ensure version control and accessibility.
  • Conduct quality training and promote QMS awareness throughout the organization.
  • Prepare QMS performance reports for senior management and support regular management reviews.
  • Ensure alignment of QMS efforts with CTPAT and other compliance certifications. Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing or operational setting.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2015 standards and internal auditing experience would be an asset. (willing to train for motivated candidate)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Sage 300 preferred.
  • Strong understanding of A / P, A / R, and general financial processes.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple priorities, and work both independently and as part of a team. Why Join Us?
