About the role:

We're hiring a Controller to help support our bookkeeping team and clients in a fully remote position. We don't micromanage, so you should be motivated to deliver amazing results for your clients. You should be comfortable with modern communication and task-management tools so that we can all collaborate effectively.

Main responsibilities:

1. Manage full-cycle accounting process for clients
2. Manage accounting team to ensure accurate work done efficiently
3. Communicate with and support clients to benefit from the financial data we provide

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years as a Controller or related role
2. Proficiency with QBO and/or Xero is required (Netsuite is a bonus)
3. Strong focus on processes is an asset
4. FP&A and modelling skills is an asset
