Group Summary

The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies shaping the future of mobility. Job Responsibilities

1. Manage accounting activities at Autosystems, including maintaining the chart of accounts and interfacing and posting to the general ledger.
2. Lead month-end closing processes.
3. Perform weekly/monthly Scrap & Efficiency reporting and inventory reconciliation.
4. Complete weekly expense tracking, forecasting, accounts payable/receivable forecasting, and assist in weekly/monthly/quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes.
5. Maintain regular communication with all management levels regarding financial matters.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. University degree in a finance-related field (Business Administration or Commerce) is required.
2. Professional accounting designation or near completion (CPA) is required.
3. 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
4. Experience in a supervisory role is an asset.
5. Understanding of general accounting and reconciliation principles is required.
6. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required; strong Excel formula knowledge is an asset.
7. Ability to work flexible hours and varied start/end times.
