Responsibilities

• Manage and lead accounting operations across three divisions.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead the year-end audit process and ensure full compliance with tax regulations.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and standard procedures.
• Drive the monthly financial close, including budget-to-actual variance analysis.
• Oversee job cost reporting.
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by VP.
