Reporting to the Owner / Operations Manager, the Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations of Stanley. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring active involvement in day‑to‑day accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls, while also providing strategic financial insight to support operational and business decision‑making.
As a key member of the leadership team, the Controller will play a critical role in strengthening financial processes, improving reporting and analysis, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial information across the organization.
The successful candidate will bring strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and a practical, solutions‑oriented mindset. They are comfortable rolling up their sleeves as needed and are able to clearly and effectively communicate complex financial information to non‑financial stakeholders.
