As the most senior finance professional, the Controller will oversee all financial and accounting operations, manage a team of five, and partner with key stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely financial reporting. The Controller will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's growth through strategic financial insights and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
The headquarters is in Victoria, BC, and working arrangements include a minimum of 2 days per week in office, although ideally you will be mostly in office while learning the business and embedding in the role.
Base salary of between $120,000 and $150,000; Bonus Component; Deferred Pension Program; Standard Benefits Package; Four Weeks' Vacation.
