Tasks

• Oversee and monitor project-based accounting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform month-end closures and analyze financial variances.
• Ensure the management and integrity of accounting data and systems.
• Manage multiple management companies under the same entity.
• Optimize and structure financial and accounting processes.
• Ensure compliance with current accounting and tax standards.
• Prepare financial reports for management.
• Collaborate with external auditors and financial institutions.
• Be responsible for IT services and Internet infrastructure.
• Serve as the main contact with various organizations.

Job requirements
