The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, external advisors, and teams across real estate and investment operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee corporate and entity-level tax activities in partnership with external advisors, including compliance requirements and financial scenario planning.
  • Manage accounting activities related to real estate development, including project costing, construction draws, and lender reporting.

  • Provide financial guidance on cash flow management, capital planning, financial models, and broader business decisions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop accounting team members while identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with executive leadership and external partners to provide accurate, timely, and actionable financial information.

  • An interest in using AI and emerging technology to improve financial processes, reporting, efficiency, and analytics.
  • Currently based in Sarnia, Ontario, or open to relocating to the area.
What’s Offered
  • Competitive base salary with opportunities for individual and team performance-based bonuses.
  • Potential opportunity for stock options as the organization continues to grow.
  • Comprehensive benefits and a retirement savings plan.
  • Professional development support, including CPA-related dues and continuing professional development.
