Our client, a longstanding leader in their industry, is looking for a Controller to join their growing team. As the Controller, you will utilize your progressive experience in finance and accounting to lead a small team while overseeing the financial operations of the company’s property management division. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, your main responsibilities will include :

• Compiling, analyzing, reviewing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual financial results
• Preparing and presenting financial and management reports, and providing detailed analysis to support decision making
• Identifying and managing opportunities to improve and strengthen processes
• Leading the annual budgeting process and working closely with relevant stakeholders
• Providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to a team of direct reports
• Overseeing the lease administration process and liaising with the legal and compliance teams

Qualifications :

The main qualifications for this role include :
